British MOD to Invest £800 Million in Innovation

The ministry of defense of the UK is planning to invest up to £800 million pounds in the next decade, encouraging innovation and 'disruptive technologies' delivering capabilities that will enable the military to cope better with changing environments. One of the tools for this innovation program will be the 'Defence and Security Accelerator,' an innovation hub to be set up by the MOD to accelerate ideas from conception through to application.
