Chinese New Mini Robot Carries Micro Intelligent Missiles

A new robotic vehicle displayed at 'Airshow China' defense expo in Zhuhai this week is equipped with a missile called by its developers a 'micro-intelligent missile'. The tube-launched weapon weighs only one kilogram but is equipped with energetic rocket propulsion powerful enough to carry it on a flight up to 2,000 meters, and a warhead, (likely shaped charge) designed to defeat light armor.

China's Defense Ministry confirmed today that it was pressing ahead with anti-missile system tests after pictures appeared on state television, depicting a successful missile intercept test conducted in 2010. Pakistani Thunders over Paris

China is offering to sell Jordan missile-firing drones to fight the Islamic State terror army. China has recently expanded its UAV offering to include armed versions. In the absence of alternatives from market leading suppliers in the USA and Israel, China and Turkey are both pursuing armed UAV requests from the UAE, Egypt, Jordan and Nigeria. According to press reports, some were already sold to Saudi Arabia in 2014.

Pakistan inducts Chinese SHORAD missile systems

The Pakistani Army has inducted the Chinese HQ-7B short range air defense system. The export system is designated FM-90 in Pakistan's service can engage aerial targets including cruise missiles, drones and air-to-surface guided missiles under adverse electronic counter measure (ECM) environments.
