Kazakhstan Paramount Engineering (KPE) is ramping up production of Arlan armored vehicles at its new facility in Kazakhstan. The first vehicles were delivered in August 2016. The latest batch was recently delivered to the Kazakh Special Forces as the next batch, due to be delivered in 2018, is already in production.
