While the first of three C-130J 'Shimshon' Super Hercules transport aircraft destined for Israel is shaping up at Lockheed Martin's assembly line at Marietta, GA, the IAF is also embarking on the modernization of its existing C-130Hs through a comprehensive modernization program. Elbit Systems announced today that it has been selected to upgrade C-130H Hercules transport aircraft for the IAF.
