Preparing for the next phase in the Joint Light Tactical vehicle (JLTV) program, the U.S. Army Tacom Life Cycle Management Command in Warren Michigan gathered five bids yesterday, for the upcoming 27 month Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase.
