Eurosatory 2014 – First Impressions
Some of the highlights from the dynamic demonstration held today at Eurosatory 2014 included the Infotron IT 180 unmanned rotorcraft deploying a Cobra Mk2 UGV, both unmanned vehicles are provided by the French robotics company ECA Robotics. The Thales Group displayed the Hawkei Light Protected Mobility Vehicle. CS-13 Introduces New Networking Capabilities
In October 2012 the US Army embarked on an ambitious upgrade of its tactical command and control system, introducing new radios, networking and satellite communications systems to modernize the command and control layers of its infantry brigade combat teams. The light formations - Infantry, airborne, airmobile and mountain brigades will be equipped first and the last to roll in will be the armored brigades, currently scheduled to receive the equipment in 2019.
UAE Orders 750 M-ATV Vehicles from Oshkosh Corporation
The UAE is buying 750 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All-Terrain Vehicles (M-ATVs). Deliveries will commence between January and August 2013, pending standard regulatory requirements. The contract grants the UAE options for more vehicles in the future.

Oshkosh Unveils Its Prototype For Canda’s TAPV Program
